New Z-LINE filter

Parameters
Dear customers, we have started production of Z-line filters in frames made of 100% polyester. The heat-folded filter medium is fixed to the frame on an automated production line with hot melt adhesive.
We are currently producing in this design only filters with a height of 48 and 96 mm in series from 20 pcs the same dimension.
The advantage of this design is significantly lower weight, moisture resistance, dimensional stability, low pressure loss and last but not least also the fact that the material frame is capable of air permeability at 200 Pa up to 750 l/m2/with.
Use
Filters in a frame made of 100% polyester are used as pre-filters or main filters in filtration classes G4, M5, F7.
