Hepa filters
HEPA filters correspond to the use according to EN 1822 and are intended for installation in all types of air conditioning equipment with a temperature resistance up to 100 °C.
Filters with Mini-pleat can be made of MDF material MDF, Al profile or Al sheet, alternatively, they can be made from the galvanized sheet or plastic. The filtration media is coated on both sides and is made of submicron glass fleece with 100% of hydrofobization. For these HEPA filters it is possible to produce various media depth of different sizes, install them into frames to get the filters with different flow. The standard dimensions of media depth are 40, 50, 58, 80, 100, 120 and 150 mm. The delivery of other depth size including atypical frame dimension is possible, if needed. The depth of these pleats is made of narrow folds called minipleat with thermo plastic separators. This ensures highly efficient air filtration. The block of filter media is suffused in a frame of cold cured resin.
Filters can be produced with Al separations from the M6 to class U15. It depends on desired quality of filtration. The frames are made of MDF material, Al or metal frames of galvanized steel. The block of filter media with aluminium separators that is suffused in a frame of cold cured resin ensures a highly effective filtration of the air at the lowest possible resistance. The filter can be used in the health sector, the pharmaceutical industry or in other areas where the high quality of the air supply is required.
