Z-LINE filter
(sooner EN 779)
Parameters
Paper and plastic frames:The pleat of filter media from synthetic material of the required class of filtration is inserted into the frame of tempered paper. The pleat is sealed with the hot melt glue. On input and output, there is a paper grid. The flow direction of the air is represented by an arrow on the frame. Depth filter 20, 25, 48, 96 mm. Width and height of the frame are optional.
When the filters are clogged, it is necessary to replace them with complete new filters.
Plastic and metal frames:The filtration media of the required class of filtration is inserted in plastic or metal frame on the supporting curled grille, located at the air output. The flow direction of the air is represented by an arrow on the frame.
To restore the function of the filter, simply remove the clogged filter media and replace it with a new one. The frames are dust free and applied again in a filter system. If the frames of filters are deformed, they are completely replaced.
Used filters are disposed of in incinerators or can be stored in controlled municipal landfills.
